Wood Seating Charts

If your event is outdoors or more rustic in nature, Wood Seating Charts make an excellent choice.

Did you know we make our own wood seating charts in house? They are perfectly sized for your guest list count and we stain the wood or paint it your colour of choice! Walnut stain is the most popular but the painted colour possibilities are endless!

Mirror, Mirror

Mirror seating charts continue to be a popular request this year. I can definitely see why. They’re a beautiful, elegant way for your guests to find their seats.

I normally recommend going with my ‘Ashley’ lettering style for the guest names on a seating chart. It’s a neat, upright readable style that is still a script. Having a readable seating chart is important as you don’t want a queue forming for guests to find their names.

Here are a few of my favourite Mirror Seating Charts from the past year.

On site calligraphy for Nike

Are you a runner? Did you know Nike+ has Running Clubs around the world? A few weeks ago I was invited to the Toronto NRC to do some on-site calligraphy. Personalized journals were given to the runners to log their running details.

It was truly inspiring to see the dedication of these runners! Week after week, even on the coldest winter nights, these runners make it out to train, run and have a great time!

SMP Feature: Robyn & Michael

It was so nice to see Robyn & Mike’s fall wedding featured on Style Me Pretty. Their intimate and super romantic wedding was held in Toronto’s Historic Distillery District. Our Lily style of calligraphy was used throughout the event. Calligraphy that was done on soft hand made paper was challenging but the end result was amazing. I even got to bust out my under utilized acrylic paints for their flower filled welcome sign. Congrats Robyn & Michael!

Dark Romance Style Shoot in Toronto

This past winter, I contributed to a romantic winter style shoot. I love how the bold colors bring a warmth to a season that is known to be gloomy. Now, if only Spring will get here sooner!
