Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of calligraphy, all sales are final with the exception of damaged items. Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.

Please note that since the lettering is done by hand there may be slight variations in the lettering, sizing, margins, color, etc of that of the sample images provided.

EU buyers: All items are made to order and personalized, therefore it is not eligible for return or cancellation under the EU right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period).
